Live: Weekend curfew starts in Delhi as Covid cases soar

Delhi on Friday reported 17,335 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, taking the positivity rate in the national capital to 17.73 per cent. This is the highest number of cases reported here Since May 2021. The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has called a meeting on January 10 to hold a discussion on the rising cases in and may take a decision on imposing some more restrictions.
